Key Responsibilities

Ability to look up parts in Manufacturers Part Manuals
Ability to use sourcing materials to source parts and best price and delivery
Works closely with the invoicing and service departments to ensure pricing is accurate and fair for the customer
Identify parts requested and provide pricing for technicians and customers
Assist in warehouse inventory management
Ensure unused, damaged, or warranty parts are returned in a timely manner
Utilizing parts manuals and breakdowns for multiple Manufacturers
Vendor communication
Parts order processing
Providing parts tracking and accurate shipping ETAs as dictated by suppliers
