Key Responsibilities

Manage and perform all tasks related to QA, training, documentation, and implementation.
•    Manage development team’s time by prioritizing tasks and planning product releases to meet project milestones.
•    Reviewing software design, requirement, and test plan documents to understand product functionality and to develop test cases, strategies, and scripts.
•    Working closely with the installation team, software developers, and other QA department members to creating manual system/regression scripts.
•    Testing functionality of software, verifying data and results returned.
•    Reporting results to team lead and proactively working to resolve any issues.

Competencies and skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•    Must have a good understanding of the test development life cycle.
•    Experience in designing manual test scripts.
•    3-4 years of relevant experience
•    Experience with database and web-based environments a plus.
•    Must have strong organization skills and demonstrate necessary commitment to meet testing deadlines.
•    Must have good verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical associates.
•    Must be willing to learn new skills and improve upon current skills as required for testing.
•    Knowledge of financial processes a plus.
