Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities
•    Document the project roadmap and provide project oversight: developing, managing and evolving project plans, including goals, milestones, deliverables and KPIs
•    Partner across organizational functions to define business requirements and strategies for development or updating of systems and processes to meet overall business objectives
•    Conduct stakeholder interviews and independent research to fully understand current process and identify gaps to fill
•    Thoroughly test new tools before they are put into production and ensure all desired functions are working as expected
•    Create process documentation, including sequential steps, workflows, process maps, supporting metrics, and business requirements
•    Develop or re-engineer business processes to document, clarify and improve customer experience business operations
•    Independently lead and manage projects that increase efficiency and overall enhanced operational performance. Projects will be varied in nature, from core business process improvements to multi-functional programs with diverse stakeholders
•    Set project goals, establish tasks and a timeline for completion by assigned parties
•    Own follow-up actions for unresolved questions with an appropriate sense of urgency. Complete follow-up informational calls, follow ups for next steps, emails and/or case updates with internal stakeholders and project leads 
•    Research best practices with appropriate staff and leadership to identify strategic improvement opportunities and manage business process changes
•    Act as a subject matter expert to other departments and assist with sharing best process improvement practices, tools and materials while participating in ongoing communication activities and capacity-building peer exchanges

Qualifications

Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience
•    Excellent English communication and facilitation skills (oral, written and listening); ability to understand, organize and communicate complex information in an easily understandable format tailored to a variety of audiences; ability to develop, document, communicate and operationalize new processes
•    Proven knowledge and application of process excellence, lean six sigma methodology, business analysis, reengineering, and process modeling tools and systems
•    Must be highly motivated, reliable self-starter and can be counted on to complete assignments with minimal oversight
•    Exceptional attention to detail; ability to work in a high pace environment; ability to collaborate and function as a member of a team or independently 
•    Strong analytical capabilities, ability to synthesize complex information and derive data-driven insights through logic and frameworks
•    Solid ability to pressure test a system as part of a user acceptance testing program and determine if a tool is working to expectations
•    Ability to successfully prioritize and handle multiple tasks
•    Knowledge of omni channel customer service methodologies, tools, and best practices
•    Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs; regular, dependable in-office attendance & punctuality
•    Excellent system skills with Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn and assimilate new technologies proprietary to our company
