Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities: 
•    Partners with HR functional teams globally to identify and document business requirements necessary to provide requested business solution
•    Performs fit gap analysis necessary to ensure that appropriate functional solution is identified
•    Works with HR IT ABAP developers throughout the development process to ensure that all necessary information has been documented in order to create the requested solution
•    Works with functional teams to ensure appropriate test plan has been created
•    Works with Global IT groups as needed to ensure solutions are deployed and functioning correctly
•    Documents existing business processes and refine future processes
•    Supports and maintains Functional and Process components of the SAP HCM application
•    Monitors Incidents and Requests throughout the lifecycle and is accountable for completion of all communication activities back to the End User or Service Desk, as applicable
•    Performs mass loads into the SAP system as needed
•    Ensures the accuracy of the configuration on the SAP HCM Sub Modules including table maintenance 
•    Partners with the business to ensure needs are met through effective and documented requirements, test plans and implementation plans
•    Provides functional support to projects as assigned
•    Configures data models, business rules, workflows, events, and event reason. Manages picklist, data, and Positions.
•    Works on Time off Work Schedule, Holiday calendar, Time off accrual rules creation, Time off hire rule, termination rule, take rules, period end processing rule.
•    Configures EC Data Models, Foundation Objects, Workflow, Data Imports, and Permissions.

Competencies and skills

•    Qualifications: Strong SAP HCM functional experience including configuration
•    Experience with Business process, Process mapping, and Solution designing.
•    Full Life Cycle Implementation Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
•    Experience working on Cloud Support Portal and Partner portals
•    Problem solving skills, Interpersonal skills, Verbal and written communication skills, Planning  and time management skills, Customer relationship building and management skills, Presentation skills
