Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise:
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment or systems. 
Customer Interaction:
Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions. 
Sales & Upselling:
Identifying opportunities to recommend and sell additional products or services, often leveraging their expertise in the field. 
Installation & Maintenance:
Installing new equipment, performing routine maintenance, and addressing customer issues. 
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintaining records of work performed, documenting issues, and communicating with internal teams. 
Customer Service:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
