Key Responsibilities

• Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, including SEM, SEO, and paid media channels such as Google Bing, Affiliate Ads, social media, display advertising, CTV, audio.
• Channel Optimization: Continuously optimize marketing channels to maximize ROI, focusing on user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Analytics, and Creative teams to align marketing efforts and drive business priorities
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics tools and metrics to drive strategy and decision making. While using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Search Console to track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions.
• Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation across various channels and categories
• Demand Generation / Paid Media:  Demonstrated track record in performance marketing acquisition marketing, both B2C and B2B, including managing a large budget of multi-million-dollar.
• Budget Development, Lead Forecasting:  Shapes planning and execution of multiple, complex marketing programs, integrated campaigns, brand transitions, experimentation, and ROI monitoring 
• Leadership Presence: Strong leadership presence, influential and capable of creating buy-in across an interdisciplinary stakeholder.
• Organizational Skills: Thrives in a fast-paced growth environment, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and can multitask.

Competencies and skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and ROI, preferably in B2B environments
• Strategic problem solver with a process-oriented approach, able to drive initiatives from conception through to completion
• Expertise in digital advertising, including a deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and marketing automation platforms. Google certification and proficiency is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) to inform on market trends and competitive analysis
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, capable of working closely with product, sales, and marketing strategy teams to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives
• Solid understanding of ecommerce technologies 
• Project management expertise, capable of leading team members overseeing external agencies
• Experience with A/B testing strategies, conversion rate optimization, and leveraging testing platforms like Optimizely or VWO
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Bachelor's Degree required. Degrees in Business, Marketing, Finance, or another related field

 

The pay range for this position will be 180,000 to 200,000 annually. The exact pay will be determined by multiple factors unique to each individual, including years of experience, certifications, and the specific location of the job. Rates may vary in other areas due to differing labor costs.
