Key Responsibilities

•    Develop and executes talent attraction strategies
•    Responsible for the successful development of the enterprise employment brand
•    Leads recruitment efforts for Enterprise
•    Work with HR colleagues across all sites to ensure service delivery
•    Responsible for developing and ensuring compliance with all recruitment procedures and policies.
•    Develops proper measurement tools to track efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
•    Creates recruiting tools utilizing new resources available on the Internet as they become available.
•    Works with business leaders to define talent/staffing needs and establish recruiting strategy, ensuring a flow of top talent.
•    Manages all internal and external job posting processes.
•    Monitors the efficiency of the recruitment process while managing to budget objectives.
•    Builds and nurtures relationships with Executive leaders and organizational stakeholders built on foundation of trust, honesty, and a collaborative approach.
•    Manages relationships with external agencies which include negotiating fees and auditing quality.
•    Serves as point person for managers regarding recruitment process.
•    Evaluate candidates based on various employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data pertinent to the selection and referral of candidates.
•    Build and maintain candidate relationship through ongoing communication regarding questions, updates, and status during the interview process.
•    Stays abreast of industry trends/best practices and applies them when relevant.
•    Other human resources responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Competencies and skills

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
•    15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
•    10+ years leading highly performing HR teams.
•    Strong biased for action.
•    Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and report data.
•    Experience with recruiting executive level leadership positions.
•    Superb interpersonal, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
•    Ability to interact and interface with most levels within the organization.
•    Excellent negotiating skills.
