Qualifications:
- Rising Senior pursuing a major in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development/Management, Communications or Marketing major.
- Solid analytical skills and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel and Word.
Preferences: (Preferred attributes for the position, if any)
- Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, visuals/charts)
- Able to analyze complex data and develop recommendations and solutions
- Desire to take ownership of a project and ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly
- Strong time management and project management skills efficiently working with deadlines
