Key Responsibilities

•    SME for the loyalty program leading customer research to determine key motivators, benchmark the competitive landscape and lead the design of the loyalty elements including the value proposition, earn/burn structure & functional benefits.
•    Lead a cross-functional team across Analytics, Product, Sales & Marketing to manage the entire project through pilot & launch.
•    Work with Marketing to craft end-end customer communication strategies & branding. You will also be responsible for communicating vision across all stakeholders, developing creative briefs, drafting plans and identifying key milestones with cross-functional partners to execute marketing tactics.
•    Develop a deep understanding of the customer (participating in research, conducting data analysis, and reading/listening to customer feedback) to effectively serve as the voice of the customer during product development or initiative execution
•    Assess effectiveness / P&L impact in partnership with Analytics, and Finance teams.
•    Lead the discovery & design hypothesis for the program. Align with key stakeholders on MVP and subsequent iterations.
•    Develop a cohesive end-end customer communication plan with the Marketing team
•    Develop strong business cases for proposed loyalty initiatives and assess impact of key economic levers of the loyalty program.
•    Orchestrate the execution of MVP pilot & launch of the loyalty program.
•    Champion the effort to continuously advance the effectiveness of our loyalty strategies, tactics and systems.
•    Select the correct 3rd party partner and platform to support development of the Loyalty Strategy, design of the program and platform to manage it.
•    Lead segment marketing initiatives such as Omnia, Architects, and define other specific segments to strategically pursue as a company.
•    Responsible for driving the growth and evolution of the Global Industrial credit Card Program.

Competencies and skills

•    At least 5 years of experience in roles related to Loyalty Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Product Marketing. Previous experience developing and managing loyalty programs for B2B retailers is a plus
•    Strong analytical skills with a commitment to driving the success of programs.
•    Strong organizational and project management skills.
•    A curious mind
•    Bias for action, drive impact, deliver with excellence and demonstrate urgency
•    Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•    Experience with data-driven decision approach & financial analysis skills are preferred
•    Hands on experience in loyalty platforms and communication/marketing automation platforms
