Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for all phases of assigned projects, including project planning, team coordination, stakeholder management, execution and monitoring, resource management, documentation and reporting, process improvement and project closure.
- Manage projects from initiation through completion, including planning, development, execution, and implementation phases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to create detailed project plans, timelines, and RACI documentation.
- Support the development and rollout of data governance frameworks, policies and systemic requirements.
- Support process improvements by developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and facilitating related training programs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate and actively participate in project meetings; prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, follow-up documentation and progress reports
- Monitor and report on project KPIs; identify gaps and recommended improvements.
Competencies and skills
• 4-year College Degree
• +3 years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality analyses and end-to-end presentations.
• Strong strategic thinking and business judgment.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and accuracy best practices.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments and with vendors.
• Adaptable and comfortable with change and ambiguity.
• Six Sigma a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data manipulation tools and experience with database structures.
The pay range for this position will be 100,000 to 125,000 annually. The exact pay will be determined by multiple factors unique to each individual, including years of experience, certifications, and the specific location of the job. Rates may vary in other areas due to differing labor costs.
