We carry over one million industrial, material handling and business products that are sold through our website, corporate sales people and full color catalogs. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise 20 to 23 employees in a Business to Business Sales environment.
  • Work with the Sales Manager and National Sales Manager to implement training and incentive programs.
  • Work directly with Account Representatives to help them attain/exceed individual sales goals by building and managing accounts.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate sales representatives.
  • Resolve issues involving employees and customers to ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Provide strong leadership to staff by creating a positive work environment.
  • Listen to Witness calls and live calls to make sure the sales representatives are following all policies and procedures

Competencies and skills

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in telephone sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.
