Key Responsibilities

● Lead the strategy, development, and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
● Serve as the primary technical and strategic lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Account Engage (formerly Pardot), ensuring full utilization of platform capabilities.
● Architect and implement complex customer journeys and automation workflows using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Engagement Studio.
● Think both creatively and technically, with a cross-marketing channel, integrated marketing mindset.
● Manage cross channel, cross tactic, campaigns facilitated by audience triggers and segment bucketing to deploy the right messages and tactics to the right audiences at the right times.
● Manage email marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.
● Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and creative teams to align digital campaigns with business objectives and product initiatives.
● Build dashboards and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce reporting, Google Analytics, and other tools to provide actionable insights and ROI reporting to leadership.
● Maintain data hygiene and health within Salesforce marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM.
● Stay current with digital marketing trends and Salesforce platform updates to continuously innovate and improve marketing efficiency.

Competencies and skills

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
● 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on marketing automation and CRM.
● Mandatory Expertise: Advanced proficiency and proven track record as an expert specialist in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder).
● Mandatory Expertise: Advanced proficiency and proven track record as an expert specialist in Salesforce Account Engage (Pardot), including scoring/grading models, engagement studios, and connector management.
● Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Account Engage Specialist) are highly preferred.
● Technical knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email customization and dynamic content.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
● Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
● Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
● Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
