Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand key day-to-day interactions and tasks across the organization that will benefit from efficiencies created through Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Manage the entire software product lifecycle from concept to launch, including maintaining a backlog of features and functions in the form of multi-year, multi-release product roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional business requirements definition, particularly in AI and other business functions, which require strategic systems improvements, with a focus on technology-enabled processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, process owners, IT team members and business leadership to define product needs and requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT applications/development, IT infrastructure, and IT support to execute software development sprints
• Organize steering and operating teams comprised of business leaders to drive AI adoption, share best practices, and to advance the overall enterprise AI initiative
• Provide input and management oversight to adjacent functionality residing in other, integrated systems
• Assess data quality and feasibility for AI applications, ensuring that products can adapt and learn from user interactions.
• Develop budgets and resources plans aligned to project and program demand
 

Competencies and skills

• Bachelor's degree or related experience with information technology or software product development
• 10-15 years of software product management experience, including both UX and functional application design
• Prior experience in AI products and/or Field Service applications is a plus
• Experience working in a medium to large enterprise setting
• Experience with modern systems development methodologies and tools
• Ability to work effectively as a partner to business leaders and executives
• Detail-oriented, self-directed and possesses excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and team motivation skills
• Ability to work independently in a high stress, multiple task environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
