Key Responsibilities


•    Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand the position requirements and advise on policies, processes, recruiting initiatives and compliance.
•    Perform all full cycle recruiting responsibilities including candidate and hiring manager communication from kick-off to onboarding
•    Oversee monthly and ad-hoc auditing for Recruiting team
•    Perform various reporting responsibilities
•    Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet Recruiting, and Process Improvement Initiatives
•    Design customized and executable staffing plans while building relationships with TA Leadership, and hiring teams
•    Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
•    Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with recruiting team, cross-functional partners and client groups
•    Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the Talent Acquisition Recruiting Team
•    Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
•    Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary

Competencies and skills


•    BA/BS experience preferred, Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
•    7+ years' experience recruiting for roles of all levels
•    Strong ability to source passive candidates and experience building candidate pipelines.
•    Experience working with applicant tracking and CRM systems.
•    Very high sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and wear many hats on a daily basis.
•    Outstanding verbal and written communications skills Intellectual horsepower combined with the ability to listen, understand, analyze, synthesize and propose solutions.
•    Creativity in solving issues to ensure a win-win.
•    Strong follow through and customer service orientation.
•    Track record of building strong, consultative relationships with senior executives.
•    Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
•    Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
