Key Responsibilities

•    Manage project schedules and report on program effectiveness across the CEX team.
•    Collaborate and identify learning solutions that empower customer service and inside sales to have the right conversations and equip our leaders with the right coaching tools.
•    Design and develop training programs for new and existing associates, ensuring they align with company goals and values.
•    Facilitate training sessions that educate the CEX on Customer Service and sales methodology.
•    Develop and deliver competency-driven, role-based programs to foster an evolving learning culture for our Associates and leaders.
•    Leverage team resources to create and produce sales collateral to compliment marketing and product strategies and ensure proper training and support is delivered to our reps.
•    Reinforce Associates soft skills through coaching and training.
•    Assist in the planning and execution of training events and meetings.
•    Establish and monitor feedback channels and perform continual evaluation and optimization of CEX content.
•    Responsible for introducing KPIs and align training programming to improve results.
•    Partner with the Operations Analytics team to drive KPI dashboards.
•    Execute change management initiatives as we implement new processes improvements and systems within department.
