Key Responsibilities
• Understanding of both B2C and B2B go-to-market approaches.
• Directs the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Establishes the strategic execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the Company’s goals and objectives.
• Leads the Company's marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies within creative services, digital marketing, sales support, brand marketing and product marketing.
• Provides budgetary oversight and control to marketing initiatives.
• Identifies, establishes and evaluates relationships with key agencies, partners and external programs.
• Evaluates operational processes and team organization and uncovers areas for improvements and efficiencies.
• Implements operational metrics and KPIs to continually improve and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, tactics, and strategy.
• Directs customer segmentation data collection, analysis, and interpretation for marketing programs.
• Collaborates with the Sales department to align sales and marketing strategies.
• Develops integrated marketing calendar as a central point for collaboration across departments.
• Develops a Marketing budget following organizational goals with the CFO.
• Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.
Competencies and skills
Qualifications
• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Field of study: Marketing, Communications, or related
• Preferred Education: Master's Degree
• Work Experience: 9 or more years

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intimate understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and B2B and B2C.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and developing and implementing marketing strategies to realize success. This includes the ability to clearly communicate the strategic planning process to staff to enable their participation.
• A demonstrated understanding of high-quality design and layout for print and electronic media.
A demonstrated ability to guide the design, implementation and execution of marketing automation including CRM and Marketing Cloud.
The pay range for this position will be 230,000 to 290,000 annually. The exact pay will be determined by multiple factors unique to each individual, including years of experience, certifications, and the specific location of the job. Rates may vary in other areas due to differing labor costs.
