Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and directing Product Managers.
- Work with Product Managers to identify product offering gaps and identifying manufacturers that fill identified product gaps.
- Responsible for competitor assessments, field research, market research determining promotional requirements, and development of the marketing project plan.
- Manage competitive intelligence across each product line (trends, growth, disruptors etc.)
- Define and determine customer needs, experience and expectations through primary and secondary research on a single and multi product basis working closely with the Product Manager.
- Develop an integrated communication plan across the product lifecycle for each product.
- Define and evolve the product marketing methodology to ensure best practices are incorporated across function throughout the footprint.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Competencies and skills
- MBA Degree required.
- 7+ years experience in strategic development, positioning and marketing experience.
- 5+ years experience with Internet Advertising and Marketing.
- Ability to identify shifts and emerging trends in marketplace, as well as ability to monitor performance against objectives.
