We carry over one million industrial, material handling and business products that are sold through our website, corporate sales people and full color catalogs. We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.

Key Responsibilities

•    Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization.
•    Create and supervise technical training for employees.
•    Conduct orientation sessions.
•    Create brochures and training materials.
•    Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
•    Create testing and evaluation processes.
•    Evaluate the needs of the company and plan training programs accordingly.
•    Provide performance feedback.
•    Conduct performance evaluations training.
•    Provide the employees with class room training, on the job training, conferences and work shops.
•    Conduct continuing education training.
•    Provide leadership development education.
•    Assist with the development of strategic plans.
•    Build Solid Cross-Functional relationships.
•    Travel to present and validate training process.
•    Other related duties may be assigned.

Competencies and skills

•    Bachelor’s degree.
•    At least five years’ experience in Training and Development & Corporate operations.
•    A track record of increasing responsibility and the demonstrated ability to create innovative and effective programs.
•    Strong leadership and managerial skills.
•    The ability to work closely with senior managers to identify their needs and create the programs to meet them.
•    Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
•    Must be available for periodic travel.
•    Strong Retail industry experience is essential.
•    Proficiency in MS Office.
•    Excellent presentation skills.
•    Must be able to work extended hours as needed.
