Key Responsibilities

This job requires great communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. You will not only be taking over responsibilities that are needed execute our existing programs to run smoothly, but you will also be optimizing and building new marketing initiatives.
While in this role you will need to carry out day-to-day tasks, as well as work on long-term projects. You will be reporting to the Director, Marketing and will work closely with other marketing team members and functional teams such as product, sales, customer experience, operation & more. Responsibilities:
•    Design compelling copy and creative assets for digital content and marketing materials. Manage content through content management platforms and print agencies; including creative optimization, testing, organized content for marketing and sales team, reviewing pages and analytics.
•    Assist with website updates, ensure Ecommerce content accuracy and functionality across English and French Ecommerce, managing updates, and addressing site nuances.
•    Drive and accelerate business growth through digital marketing, paid media and sponsorship with a focus in social media marketing and ecommerce. Create and monitor posts; establish brand presence on social media platform for B2B industrial supplies markets.
•    Track social media metrics, analyze performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.
•    Assist with launching new digital marketing channels, SEO and creating tracking urls to support digital and print campaigns.
•    Support lead generation by creating targeted marketing campaigns and working closely with sales team.
•    Conduct market research and competitive analysis, monitor industry best practices and trends, to recommend new ideas and inform strategies.
•    Monitor customer reviews across platforms, identifying opportunities to enhance brand presence, reputation and customer satisfactions.
•    Lead and coordinate event and tradeshow planning, create and update tradeshow materials.
