Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
•    Establish selling strategies and tactics that result in new Floor Care and Scrubber sales in an assigned territory
•    Manage sales materials, presentations, contracts & pricing
•    Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets on a consistent basis
•    Maintain an extensive knowledge of Floor Care and Scrubber markets, products, industry, competition, key buying influences, and partners.
•    Floor Care and Scrubber sales tactic recommendations based on identified needs, and present proposal in a persuasive manner.
•    Provide analysis of a customer’s Floor Care & Scrubber equipment requirements, product selection and rollout strategy.
•    Negotiate effectively with customers and prospects 
•    Identify and employ principles that expand Client offerings and add unique value that motivates buyers to do business with Global Industrial Company
•    Perform Floor Care and Scrubber equipment demonstrations

Competencies and skills

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
•    Minimum 7-years Commercial Floor Scrubber Equipment Sales or Consulting experience, specifically related to EPA regulations, preferred.
•    Ability to travel within in an assigned region of the country (role requires domestic travel)
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills (documentation, client presentations, etc.)
•    Prior experience in the commercial or industrial cleaning industry preferred.
•    Exceptional business-related skills including the ability to develop business strategies.
•    Demonstrated experience with high level contacts and interaction with people at all levels within an organization.
•    Proven ability to prospect, propose, negotiate and close a sale.
•    Proficiency with MS Office applications with familiarity using sales and customer tracking software (CRM.)
•    Must be dependable, enthusiastic, and ambitious
