Key Responsibilities

  • Implement internal communication plans aligned with business objectives and cultural values.
  • Support change management and engagement initiatives through clear, timely messaging.
  • Create and distribute content for newsletters, intranet, and leadership messages.
  • Manage internal communication platforms and ensure content accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate logistics and messaging for town halls, leadership meetings, and employee campaigns.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize communication effectiveness.

Competencies and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, or related field.
  • 7–8 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., intranet, Teams, Slack).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

 

 

The base pay range for this position will be:

High cost of labor markets- 134,000 to 164,000 annually.

Low cost of labor markets - 115,000 to 141,000 annually.

The exact pay will be determined by multiple factors unique to each individual, including years of experience, certifications, and the specific location of the job. Rates may vary in other areas due to differing labor costs.
